What a beautiful day for a maternity session at the Affinity Guest House in the Cowichan Valley.

This winter I was fortunate to work with Alisa and Tyler for the second time. They are the perfect example of a couple invested in their photography experience — bringing numerous outfits, accessories and prepping days (or weeks) in advance for their session. It really shows in their final images how much we all fed off of each other’s enthusiasm.

There weren’t many days like this in February, but we lucked out with the weather and being able to photograph at the always lovely Affinity Guest House.
