I’ve been getting to know Chelsea over the past 4 years and I was lucky to be at her wedding as a friend AND photographer. The location was grand and despite having 125 family and friends attend, Matt and Chelsea were able to spend the day visiting intimately with the many guests as though they were just hanging out in their living room. I loved how they were able to sew their love for one another into the wedding decor. From the hand crafted wine in personalized bottles to Jones Sodas with their picture on the label. Not to mention the table with framed photos showing different generations of family members’ wedding photos. It all felt romantic and appreciative of the many friendships and bonds represented at their wedding.

BELOW: I have shot at Pacific shores numerous times, but this was my first time in the new room they renovated to accommodate the dancing. From a photographers point of view I was quite happy with it. Day light was disappearing which made for the fantastic cool blue sky and silhouettes of trees. A magnificent backdrop for Matt and Chelsea’s first dance.

CHUCK!! These pictures are amazing!!! I absolutely love ALL of them, but my favourite ones have to be every single one of Chelsea and Matt in the Fun Shots…wow. They are all so well thought out and creative! They both look so incredibly beautiful and in love (because they ARE) but you did a wonderful job of capturing the moment. A ++! hahah
