This is now one of the nicest indoor ceremony venues in Nanaimo. Alyssa and Bradyn were married at the newly renovated Nanaimo First Baptist Church. I have shot weddings here numerous times, but the more recent updates to the sanctuary have created a very clean back drop with beautiful bright lighting, making it one of the prettiest ceremony sites in town.

Alyssa and Bradyn are adventurous, down-to-earth and super sweet — they really couldn’t be a more perfect fit. That all being said, during speeches Alyssa’s dad said,  (and I am paraphrasing), “I didn’t know that I would here at this wedding a year ago when Alyssa first met Bradyn.”

Bradyn responded with a simple “I knew we would be here!”

It was such a joy to celebrate this day with them and have their families let me in on the intimate moments that occurred throughout the day.
